Is Sanza good for irregular cycles?Yes, in fact, that’s exactly why Sanza exists. One of our co-founders has lived with irregular, hard-to-predict cycles her whole life and she was tired of apps that only worked if your body behaved “perfectly.” From the very beginning, we built Sanza to adapt, not assume. Our goal is to develop the most intuitive support system for people with nonlinear rhythms, whether you bleed monthly, unpredictably, seasonally, or not at all right now. Sanza uses smart, ethical AI not for content or gimmicks, but for pattern detection. We’re quietly training it to notice what’s often missed , the early whispers, not just the loud signals. Because irregular shouldn’t mean invisible.
-
What does Sanza do?What does Sanza do? Tracks your phase (Menstrual, Follicular, Ovulatory, Luteal) Suggests tasks and rituals based on how you feel Helps you plan workouts, deep work, content creation, or rest Shows you “power days” for action, reflection, or visibility Builds habits by phase, not by daily streaks Offers gentle AI support through a system called The Thought Cloud ( coming soon)
-
What’s the Thought Cloud? What’s the Thought Cloud? New feature coming soon A space to dump your ideas, spirals, or intentions. The app connects your thoughts into tasks, rituals, and reminders, so your scattered brain becomes a soft plan.
-
Does Sanza help with productivity or wellness? Both. Sanza sits at the intersection of wellness, workflow, and ritual. You don’t have to split yourself into “getting things done” vs “taking care of yourself.” You can do both, at the right time.
-
Is it free?Yes, core features are free right now. We’ll introduce optional premium upgrades in future versions, but the essential flow will stay accessible.
-
Will it sync with other calendars or apps?Calendar sync is in the roadmap. For now, you can copy your phase-aligned plans into your calendar or use Sanza as your primary rhythm keeper.
-
Is Sanza feminist?Yes. We believe your body is not a problem to fix but a compass. Sanza is a tool for reclaiming time, energy, and structure on your own terms.
-
Is Sanza decolonial?Yes. Sanza is rooted in the belief that time, productivity, and wellness have been colonized, stripped of rhythm, intuition, and sovereignty. We draw from Indigenous menstrual frameworks, especially African and global ancestral knowledge, to build a tool that helps you unlearn hustle culture and rebuild flow.
